Internet Arts did not go the extra mile for me. They definitely did not deliver on time. They did not live up to my expectations. And they didn't make me feel that they were competent. If you have ever dealt with typical webmasters, you know their greatest weakness is energetically promising what they will never be able to deliver.

Internet Arts went a thousand extra miles at the speed of light, delivering a week before they promised, and even the promised time was very fast. They exceeded my wildest expectations (which is hard, if you know me) and created a site that elicited the following comment from my sister Gwyneth, who is an internationally renowned miniature art painter: "This is the most beautiful website I have ever seen, Robin!" They were beyond competent, adding massive value and additional options that I had never even thought of. When they arranged a conference call between their team Members in British Columbia and Malaysia, I was astounded at their business acumen. Not the usual techies, these boys - no - they are as entrepreneurial, and probably a lot more so, than any clients they get. Bravo.
